We offer customization for everyone interested to have their own personalized wallet.
We will require a high quality image of your logo in any graphic format. Vector format is preferred.
We have various techniques currently available to produce logos:
1 - Color Laser Engraving
One of our best method of adding personalization to your wallet is our color laser engraving capability. We use MOPA fiber laser engraving process, which allows to engrave on stainless steel with colors. This process is capable of producing a high precision and complex logo designs that are wear resistant.
2 - Cut out logo.
This is the simplest method, but requires a specific type of logo design and preparation to make sure that good quality is achieved.
The logo design should be stencil type, meaning that it can be cut out of the material without parts that will fall out (no orphaned centers) and parts that will end up being too thin.
Price for this custom work starts from extra $25 on top of the base price of a wallet of your choice.1 - Cut out logo.
3 - Colored inserts.
This method allows to produce more complex logos and in color. Logos do not require to be stencil type but they require more time to produce which makes the price higher. There are limitations in which colors and shades can be used, since we are using plastic inserts made from same material as the wallet itself - Kydex or Holstex
Shipping & Delivery
Your items take 1 to 3 working (business) days to process before shipping. This number does not relate to the shipping time.
Shipping time may vary between few business days or 1+ week depending on your location.
Please contact us if you haven't received your item after 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that holidays are extremely hectic time for any postal service. Please make your orders well in advance, since we cannot guarantee an in time delivery. Even late orders sent out with expedited service will take much longer than usual.
United States: We use USPS first-class (3 days) shipping to the United States and now we are able to include tracking for all our U.S. customers.
Canada: Tracking is available by request (XpressPost) or if over $50 CAD total value is ordered. Otherwise untracked letter mail is used.
International: For overseas orders we are using USPS first-class mail. Please keep in mind that there can be taxes and duties charges due when your item arrives.
Payments & Refunds
We accept payment via PayPal and credits cards. Products are shipped once payment is received in full.
We have strict quality control procedures at our shop, but in a rare case when your item is defective and breaks, we will issue a full refund/replacement after you send us pictures of defective item.
If your item was lost during shipping or arrived damaged, let us know and we will ship you a replacement for free.
Full refund is also an option to the original payment method or given an online store credit, and will exclude shipping costs.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable outside of North America. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office in your country directly.
The buyer takes full responsibility if a wrong/old address is provided to us. If the item was shipped before we are contacted with the correct address, the buyer will not be eligible for a free replacement.
